A way forward

Often we feel alone in our struggles. Talking through our issues with a professional can lead to new understandings and realisations about ways forward and can help lighten the burden.

We will focus on YOU and not follow an agenda set by me. I listen to what matters to you and support you to make sense of your thoughts and feelings.

I understand that to meet with a counsellor can be a daunting thing, particularly if it is your first time in therapy.

My invitation to you is to explore what is bothering you, in a safe and non-judgemental space. Gently together we can bring this to the surface, shine a light on it and allow the shadow to disappear.

Extra support in life

Could you use some extra support in your life? Do you long for more happiness and joy? Do you want to find a way to be at peace in your relationships, with yourself and others? Counselling and therapy can help!

I see a lot of people from the Northland region: Whangarei, Raumanga, Kamo, Tikipunga, Maunu, Onerahi.

Feel free to send me a message. You can raise any questions you have, and tell me a little about your situation.
